Solve iT Senior Engineer Rick Wagoner discovered recently that Malwarebytes and Sophos products both leverage Windows Filtering Platform as part of the Web Protection feature. If a Windows machine has Sophos and Malwarebytes installed with Web Protection enabled in both products, a WFP network conflict occurs.
